I have a thirst for design that positively impacts the quality of everyday life. Each one of our projects provides an opportunity to reach a new audience and make real changes in communities. I find different inspiration for each of my projects, but it always comes back to the same focus: how can we give back to the community?  

For me, it’s a social responsibility to go beyond our day jobs. We are designing buildings that have generational impacts. As architects, we can embrace and start to change economic inequity, sustainability, and social justice issues by examining the full continuum of where we work. We can find ways to remedy wrongs or to be better community partners in our work.
