As a Vice Practice of Practice Management at Shepley Bulfinch, Jim has principal responsibility for developing and implementing processes and standards that improve the management and delivery of the firm’s work. He focuses on guiding the architecture and interiors departments’ processes, tools, and quality control for improving the management and delivery of design. Jim has extensive experience managing complex projects, implementing Lean philosophies, and utilizing Building Information Modeling on a local and national level.
