As Project Manager, Mike’s ability to resolve problems with the CM in an amicable way for the owner has made him integral to teams and clients. On large complex healthcare projects, he mostly focuses on the late DD, CD, and Construction Administration phases which are the most risky for clients. Mike leads both small teams and large teams concurrently, on big and small projects. This allows for there to be a consistency of thought and approach to the built environment in a campus setting or large healthcare system.
