Living Future Conference: The Role of Regenerative and Biophilic Design in Creating Transformative Impact
Join Principal Pete Rasmussen, AIA, NCARB, Director Sonja Bochart, and Richard Piacentini, President and CEO of the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, for an insightful session at the Living Future Conference. This presentation will delve into the critical role of regenerative and biophilic design in fostering transformative impacts on community vitality and wellbeing.
With local and global health challenges on the rise, this experiential session will emphasize the importance of nature-based regenerative design that includes all stakeholders and adopts a long-term perspective. Led by an architect, owner, and consultant, participants will be introduced to nature-based regenerative paradigms integrated into seven Living Building Challenge projects, showcasing how these approaches create functional and inspiring spaces that enhance human and ecological health.
