“We’re excited for the opportunities presented by the new space at 200 State St. It’s a good opportunity to define the design studio of the future in support of our unique, hybrid-forward work culture and our commitment to the well-being of all Bulfinches, while engaging with the Boston community.”
The move reflects Shepley Bulfinch’s continued investment in creating a collaborative, design-forward environment that supports its hybrid work culture and the evolving needs of our teams and clients. The new space offers expansive harbor views, access to upgraded building amenities, and proximity to Faneuil Hall and the Rose Kennedy Greenway—positioning the studio at the center of Boston’s civic and cultural activity.
The building recently completed a series of enhancements that align with the firm’s emphasis on flexible, people-centered spaces. Shepley Bulfinch’s relocation marks a significant milestone in the firm’s long-standing presence in Boston and underscores its commitment to shaping the future of design through innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.
