Advocating for Our Professional Community

At our firm, we are committed to making a meaningful impact not just through our projects, but also by taking on leadership roles within our industry. Our active volunteer efforts reflect our dedication to driving positive change.

Here are some of the latest updates on where you can find us within the AEC community:  

Omar currently serves as the President of The National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) Arizona Chapter and will continue his term through 2026.  

Beccah serves as Secretary for the Connecticut chapter of Professional Women in Construction. 

Andrea Hardy, AIA, EDAC 

 

 

Andrea holds two leadership positions within the AEC community, the first being serving as the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Young Representative for the State of Arizona.  

The second position Andrea holds is as the Treasurer for the Phoenix Metro chapter of AIA.  

Scott Mueller, AIA, ACHA 

 

 

Scott is the Co-Chair of the American College of Healthcare Associates (ACHA) Certification Committee

Derek is an active board member for the Connecticut chapter of NOMA.  

Kalyn is currently serving as the VP of Membership for the New England chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and will continue her term through June of 2025.  

Alison is currently serving as the 2024 President of AIA Arizona.  

Sara currently serves as the National Academy for Architecture for Health (AIA-AAH) Chairperson for the Healthcare Design Conference.  

Natalie is currently serving as Secretary for the Utah Chapter of AIA.  

Amanda was recently appointed as the VP of Advocacy for the New England chapter of IIDA and will continue her term through June of 2026.
