Climate Toolkit Symposium 2026: Regenerative Thinking
Join Associate Principal Sonja Bochart, IIDA, LEED AP, LEED AP BD&C, WELL AP, LFA, at the Climate Toolkit Symposium 2026.
Together with Richard V. Piacentini, President and CEO of Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Sonja will lead an interactive session exploring how regenerative thinking can help climate leaders move beyond burnout and reconnect with what matters.
Bringing together essence, interconnection, and living-systems thinking, participants will learn to shift the focus from constantly solving external problems to understanding how we can show up with greater alignment, curiosity, and purpose. Through reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises, the session will explore how our individual roles connect to larger systems, how we recognize the potential within our organizations and communities, and how we can contribute to change in ways that restore rather than deplete. At its heart, the session is about slowing down, recognizing the impact we’re already having, and finding a more regenerative way forward.
