“Located on the edge of Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Art District, our design of the new, 24-story residential tower focused on community integration and sustainable elements.“
Connecting with the Community
The tower’s sculptural form, clean lines, and high-rise profile create an iconic addition to the Phoenix skyline, while its street level presence enhances the pedestrian experience along Roosevelt Row. Moontower is more than a residential tower – it’s a community hub. The project team prioritized creating a sense of connection – not just between residents and their homes, but between Moontower and the wider community. At street level, active retail spaces and pedestrian-friendly landscaping invite both residents and visitors. Located within walking distance of galleries, cafes, and public art installations, the design embraces the energy and creativity that Roosevelt Row is known for.

Moontower Phoenix supports local businesses and fosters a vibrant arts community through a competitive artist-in-residence program. Selected artists and creative professionals have access to free exhibition, performance, and gallery space programmed throughout the building. This initiative allows artists to live rent-free while accessing creative spaces, enriching the cultural landscape.
Prioritizing Sustainability and Livability
Sustainability was at the core of the design and development process. The building incorporates green building strategies such as permeable pavers, ample bicycle parking, shared outdoor spaces, and efficient building systems designed to reduce energy consumption. These features make Moontower not only beautiful but also responsible – a future-forward model for urban residential design.
