The Link
Phoenix, AZ
When the first tower was completed in 2019, The Link became one of the tallest and most iconic additions to the city’s metropolitan skyline.
The complex’s orientation means that each residential unit offers prime views of both the northern mountain ranges and the Phoenix skyline.
The luxury housing tower transforms a vacant lot located in the Evans Churchill neighborhood into an active downtown hub. The 900,000-sf complex will include three towers that range in height from 19 to 32 stories. Clad in concrete, metal, and glass, the massing and articulation of The Link takes cues from the surrounding Sonoran Desert to connect nature and the urban environment.
The six-floor garage includes car wash stations and parking for 250 vehicles. The exterior’s perforated metal covering will be used as large-scale mural space for local artists.
Drawing from the natural topography of Phoenix, the slender form of the tower tapers in height to mimic the verticality of nearby mountain peaks.
Rooftop amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, solar canopy shade, outdoor gaming area, and indoor sky lounge.
