Sustainable projects should do more than minimize harm—they must foster a deep, restorative relationship between people and the environment to reach their greatest potential. This session will focus on the value and methods for integrating ecological principles, Indigenous knowledge, and biophilic engagements to create places that inspire, regenerate, and reconnect people to nature. The session will demonstrate how place-based and regenerative thinking unlocks a project’s full potential – offering a comprehensive framework for creating restorative places that honor the past, address current challenges, and serves future generations.
