2026 Pathways: Professional Advancement
We’re proud to announce the recent advancement of several of our talented, dedicated team members. These Bulfinches have demonstrated leadership, exceptional ability, and an active commitment to advancing the future of the firm.
Career growth at Shepley Bulfinch follows a trajectory that we’ve coined: Pathways. It facilitates continued career development and personal growth; connects performance with leadership and ownership; helps Bulfinches explore their desired career paths; and defines venues to discuss goals and how to attain them.
